This 1.14 acre lot has nice trees and per St. Johns County Wetland staff "10110 Delgado Ave does not appear to have characteristics consistent with wetlands. The elevation is relatively high and the vegetation consists of mainly pines and other evergreen species not common to wetlands. For these reasons, SJC Environmental Staff would not request a wetland delineation at the time of any future permit application review to clear and build on site." There is a survey attached that shows pine trees and a couple of oak trees toward the rear of the lot.
